Throughout
its years of existence Saedinenie economic community has defined
its corporate mission. We chose long-term growth and competitiveness
to quick money, penetration in new external markets to the internal
market, quality to production, technological and product innovation
to the growth through integration of activities. We
seek agreement between all parties who have a stake in Saedinenie
Corporation.
Therefore we are looking for a formula that
fits the diverse interests of all stakeholders.
There is however a point of unanimous consensus
- the need to speed up change.
FUTURE
Our corporate vision for the 21st century
rests on the strife for SUCCESS WITHOUT LIMITS. This remains
our guiding motto that all workers, employees, executives
and shareholders believe in. The new guidelines developed
as a success-oriented complex are expected to result in the
formation of Saedinenie Economic Community to be characterized
by a different value system.
The year 2001 is expected to witness the
‘rediscovery’ of the Corporation and the priorities in its
mission for the 21st century. ‘SUCCESS WITHOUT LIMITS’: that
is the motto adopted by all its employees, executives and
shareholders, who believe that their work should bring both
success and pleasure, and involvement with all spheres of
life, thus breaking the old economic boundaries and norms.
Our future will be built upon the following
values:
The Corporation’s human resources are becoming
our top priority, being the most precious resource in our
possession;
The efforts will be directed towards attracting
highly efficient professionals from Bulgaria, the Balkan region
and the world to function as colleagues and partners within
the Corporation’s structure;
Mid-level management will be gradually be
re-assigned from staff to information technologies, with continuing
support for entrepreneurial and creative employees, who will
eventually become partners in the company;
The expertise and skills of young people
and women as employees or partners in the company will be
a focus of attention;
The management of subsidiary companies will
stress on long-term perspective, managerial skills and intuition
so that each company could establish itself as profit-yielding
center;
Greater emphasis will be placed on the development
of a stronger business - school relationship that would ensure
the continuity of in-Corporation training;
The links between R & D units in factories
and research institutes and high-tech parks will also be placed
among the top priorities;
The issue of the good physical health of
the Corporation's employees, the stimulation of their independence
and confidence in their own strengths and abilities has always
come first in our value system; It is a matter of honor for
the Corporation to demonstrate an accurate and respectful
attitude towards its clients, suppliers and partners and establish
an atmosphere of trust, openness and loyalty between its employees
and partners.
